About The Kilfinan Group

The Kilfinan Group is a group of senior business people who provide free and confidential mentoring to charity chief executives.

The Group was founded by Nicholas Ferguson CBE in 2003. It now has ten ‘Chapters’ and around 200 members. Six Chapters are based broadly around London and the South East, two in Scotland, one in Wales and one in Northern Ireland.

The Group is deliberately informal; we avoid bureaucracy and each mentor/mentee relationship is different. We mentor the individual not the organisation.

Once matched, mentors and mentees are free to structure their relationship to fit their individual approach.
